Sea Captain Coaching has appointed Jessica Stenzel as a Women’s Leadership & Lifestyle Coach at the firm. Jessica will focus on leadership development, specializing in women’s leadership and recruiting. She has more than a decade of experience helping professional women step into the highest version of themselves to live a life of abundance.
Jessica embraces the opportunity to help her clients move the needle in designated areas of their lives and her partnerships lead to sustainable, transformational growth for individuals and teams. She encourages clients to advance their capabilities through self-discovery, goal prioritization, and personal responsibility.
Her experience includes serving as a Chief Recruiting Officer at Northwestern Mutual’s Clayton Office in St. Louis, Missouri. In this role, Jessica oversaw the development, management, and refinement of sourcing, recruiting, and selecting full time Financial Representatives as well as guiding leadership in all aspects of recruiting and selection. In addition, she helped company leaders achieve key organizational goals, such as employee retention, setting performance standards and developing business plans.
