Sea Captain Coaching is pleased to announce Chad Myers, M.Ed., is joining its team as an Executive Coach to help expand the support it provides to clients. Chad offers highly specialized expertise in growth mindset, goal setting and achieving, establishing positive behavioral patterns, and clarifying core values to enhance personal and professional lives. He advocates for business leaders to create a culture of belonging where people can bring their true, authentic selves allowing for innovation, creativity and change while building a dynamic work environment.
Chad has delivered keynote speeches, seminars, and workshops for a wide range of organizations such as, Mary Kay, Inc., Mass Mutual, State Farm, Farmers Insurance and Farm Bureau. Prior to joining Sea Captain Coaching, Chad was a co-founder of The Mindworks Performance Group and Blind Vision, a partnership that focuses on post-trauma growth life coaching and professional development. His previous experience also includes working for 25 years as an educator in both inner-city, suburban, and international schools.
