Sea Captain Coaching is pleased to announce John K. Wilson CLU®, ChFC® is joining its team as an Executive Coach to help expand the support it provides to its clients. John comes on board with more than three decades of experience in the financial services industry and will be a great addition to the firm’s individual and group coaching platform.
John’s previous experience includes working closely with Financial Advisors who are all-time sales leaders and top producers for their organizations. This allowed him to gain deep, intimate knowledge about their practices and industry leading sales techniques, as well as insights into how they built long-term relationships, and set and achieved client goals.

In his role as an Executive Coach, John will be conducting group and individual coaching sessions based on Sea Captain Coaching curriculum. This includes implementing foundational elements for building a robust business, reviewing the strategy and structure of a practice, as well as developing leadership skills and creating a strong team.
